Welcome to My Blog!

Ever since I was in the third grade, worrying about simple things that are so trivial I can’t remember them now, I have had a complicated relationship with my mental health. I love the ocean, so that’s how I think of my mental health. Most days the water is still, peaceful, and life is good. Some days, it feels like I’m on the top of the waves. It feels like I can take on the world and do whatever I set my mind to. However, with every high there comes a low, and there are the days where I feel like I’m drowning under the water. Those days it feels hard to breathe, and it feels like I’ll never get back to the surface. That’s why I wanted to create this blog. To talk about the rough and calm waters in my life to try to help myself and who knows, maybe help someone else.
